Key Responsibilities

▪️Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

▪️Managing employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

▪️ Developing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.

▪️Leading performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

▪️Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

▪️Contributing to strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth and success.

Requirements

▪️Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field

▪️Excellent leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation skills

▪️Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

▪️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

▪️Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
