Experience – 3 to 6+ years
CTC – 6 to 9 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up dated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operation steams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
● Experience: 3+ years
● Education: Bachelor’s degree
